The ability to forward an email from the shipper that has the tracking number in it would be the most spectacular feature ever. One of your unnamed competitors has this ability, and it's the bees knees.

Seeing this is planned, allow for options in determining the nickname. I now edit every package and usually change nickname to customer or vendor NAME. I can see times when CITY or REF would be useful. Whatever is easy to pick up would be desireable as an option. Thanks (ahead of time)!

Packagetrackr is a great mashup for aggregate display of multiple shippers. The service makes easy work for sharing ETAs, shipping status, etc. However, it does require a person to add the tracking number. I work primarily with UPS and would like their email to target a 'company@packagetrackr' address and have it posted without manual intervention. THIS WOULD BE SUPER and if required I would place all my votes for this one feature.
